Rob Kole, Partner in Choate’s Insurance & Reinsurance Group, will speak for the Intermediaries & Reinsurance Underwriters Association at the Lunch & Learn: The Opioid Epidemic on Wednesday, September 12 at Transatlantic Reinsurance Company’s headquarters in New York City. This lunchtime program will describe the rapidly growing opioid crisis and the legal developments relating to insurance/reinsurance issues on commercial general liability, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and products liability.
