Sarah Camougis named co-chair of Private Equity

Sarah joins TJ Murphy and Lee Feldman leading Choate’s Private Equity practice, overseeing the group’s growth strategy, client experience, and talent development initiatives.

Sarah advises private companies, private equity funds and management teams in a wide range of transactions in the United States, South and Central America, Canada and Europe. Her experience includes private equity and growth equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts and restructurings.  Sarah also has industry expertise in telecommunications/infrastructure, media and technology sectors, including towers, fiber, wireless, spectrum, cable, data centers, cloud, managed services and IT services transactions. Sarah is a founder and board member of the Women’s Association of Venture & Equity (WAVE), a national networking organization for women in private equity and venture capital with chapters across the United States.
