Melissa Tearney to Speak on SEC/DOJ Priorities and Practices at BBA Event

Melissa Tearney, co-chair of the firm’s litigation department, will be a panelist at an upcoming Boston Bar Association event titled “SEC/DOJ Priorities and Practices as a New Administration Unfolds.”

Attendees will learn about enforcement priorities for the USAO and the SEC’s Boston Regional Office, how best to advocate for your client before the SEC, the latest on SEC forum choice and remedies, and other hot topics.
