SidelineSwap Closes $5M Series A

Choate advised U.S. client SidelineSwap on its recent $5 million Series A financing. The round was led by Germany-based Rocket Internet and was comprised of a syndicate of existing and new investors, including Fullstack Sports Ventures, Riverpark Ventures and a number of current and former professional athletes. Choate has represented the company since its formation, including through a series seed financing in Fall 2017.
