Silversmith Capital Partners Expands ActiveCampaign Investment

Choate represented Silversmith Capital Partners when it expanded on its existing investment into portfolio company ActiveCampaign. The customer experience automation company recently raised a $100 million Series B growth equity round, of which Silversmith provided a portion of the total capital. ActiveCampaign will use the funding to develop products, build its partner ecosystem and continue international expansion. Silversmith was the sole investor in ActiveCampaign’s Series A round in 2016.
