Stephanie Schonewald Joins Panel Discussion at IPWatchdog 2024 PTAB Masters™

Stephanie Schonewald will be speaking at the IPWatchdog 2024 PTAB Masters™ program on Tuesday, January 30th at 10:30 a.m. in Ashburn, Virginia. The panel, "Effectively Using and Dealing with Experts at the PTAB," will discuss best practices and tips for effectively using and dealing with experts during Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, and will cover everything from picking the right expert, how the use of experts differs at the PTAB compared to district court proceedings, the effective use of expert declarations, preparing experts for deposition, taking expert depositions, and rebutting expert testimony.
