Choate represented Summit Partners in its minority investment in eClinical Solutions LLC, a leading global provider of cloud-based enterprise software and software-driven clinical data services for life sciences organizations. The financing will allow eClinical Solutions to further expand and support the growth of its cloud-based Clinical Data Hub platform elluminate®, which helps life sciences companies integrate and unify clinical data sources.
