Summit Partners Leads $60M Investment into Jobber

Choate represented Summit Partners as the lead investor in a $60 million growth equity round in Jobber, a leading provider of home service management software. Jobber offers an all-in-one SaaS and mobile solution built to serve as the command center for small home service businesses, with more than 100,000 service professionals in 47 countries using the company’s platform. This growth financing will further accelerate Jobber’s growth and enable continued investment in R&D, hiring, and customer acquisition.

The round includes participation from Jobber’s existing investors OMERS Ventures and Version One Ventures, as well as first-time participation from Tech Pioneers Fund.
