Thrive Operations Acquires InfoHedge Technologies

Choate represented next generation MSP company Thrive Operations, LLC, a portfolio company of M/C Partners, in its recent acquisition of InfoHedge Technologies, a cloud and managed services provider focused on the financial services sector. InfoHedge will become a separate division within Thrive and focus on the alternative investment management and hedge fund communities. This acquisition will enable Thrive to expand its cloud hosting business into the financial services industry.
