David Attisani’s article co-authored with Tom Rush, Assistant Vice President and Senior Counsel at Hanover Insurance Company, has been published in Insurance Law360.  “Construction Defects and ‘The Space Between’” compares the protections afforded by performance bonds and CGL policies, and examines why these may not provide an owner with adequate protection in the event of a construction defect.  This also appeared in the Banking, Commercial Contracts, Government Contracts and Product Liability sections of Law360.  A longer version of the article recently appeared in Mealey’s Litigation Report: Construction Defects Insurance, and can be viewed here.
