Maniv Mobility Closes First Mobility-Focused Fund in Israel

Choate recently counseled client Maniv Mobility LP, the first Israel-based venture fund dedicated exclusively to mobility tech, in raising its first fund. Investors include Jaguar Land Rover-backed InMotion Ventures and BMW and the fund closed at $42 million, twice its target. Maniv Mobility’s main focus will be on seed- and series A-stage startups in Israel and the U.S.

Maniv Mobility invests in innovative early stage companies in the New Mobility sector - including advanced vehicle systems, enabling technology for vehicle autonomy, business model innovation and more. Maniv's portfolio includes companies in Israel and the United States that share the goal of enabling shared, connected, electric, autonomous transportation. Choate frequently represents technology-focused funds and emerging companies and support their growth at each stage of the corporate lifecycle.
