Calero Software Closes Two Add-On Acquisitions

Calero Software, LLC, a portfolio company of Riverside Partners, has closed two add-on acquisitions since being backed by Riverside Partners four months ago.

The company acquired Comview Corporation, a specialty telecom expense management, call accounting and usage management software and services provider. Calero then consummated its cross-border acquisition of Netherlands-based A&B Groep, a leading provider of TEM solutions throughout the EMEA region.

Both acquisitions will support Calero’s strategic initiative to expand its robust communication lifecycle management offerings to new markets.

The Choate teams were led by Private Equity Practice Group co-Chair T.J.
