At 10:00 am EST, Melissa will moderate the panel “Enforcement Action Updates,” which will address how the government is examining conduct relating to speaker programs and consulting arrangements, Covid-related fraud, telehealth, clinical trials, research grants, opioid-related crimes and manufacturer and charitable patient assistance programs. At 11:15 am EST, Emily Hodge will moderate the panel “Compliance Considerations for Rare Disease Products,” which will analyze several major areas of healthcare compliance in rare disease, including HCP interactions, the role of medical affairs, and patient organization and patient support considerations.
