Emily Hodge Speaking at the 2023 Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Ethics & Compliance Congress

Emily Hodge will join a panel discussion providing a Prosecution and Enforcement Actions Update at the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Ethics & Compliance Congress on Wednesday, October 25 at 4:15 p.m. Emily will offer insights given her significant experience representing individuals and life sciences companies in government and internal investigations, and providing compliance advice to companies that are navigating a challenging and nuanced enforcement environment. 

The Congress features over 175 faculty and 60 substantive sessions, and keynote addresses by DOJ, FDA and OIG, as well as offering Prosecutors and Senior Ethics & Compliance Professionals roundtable discussions.
