Four Choate Attorneys Speak at 2023 Pharmaceutical Compliance Congress

Four of Choate's Government Enforcement attorneys will be speaking at the Pharmaceutical Compliance Congress (PCC) on April 25-27, 2023 in McLean, Virginia, including Emily Hodge, Danielle Pelot, Kristen Perriello and Sara Frank.

On the first day of the conference, Emily Hodge will moderate the Keynote Enforcement Panel, which will feature attorneys from the DOJ and U.S. Attorney's Office discussing recent Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA) and an analysis of settlement trends impacting bio/pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Kristen Perriello will serve as the moderator and Sara Frank as a panelist in the session "Navigating the Legal Considerations of Patient Assistance" on Wednesday, April 26. The conversation will assess parameters for a drug and commercial assistance program, as well as explore the relationship between manufacturers and foundations, and how to effectively manage boundaries with patient organizations.

On the final day, Choate will host and Danielle Pelot will moderate the "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Breakfast Summit," where attendees will have an opportunity to network with industry colleagues from underrepresented groups, and share thought leadership and best practices on intersecting compliance and DEI issues such as health equity initiatives, HR/talent considerations, patient interactions, navigating global perspectives, and ESG trends.
