M/C Partners Enters into a Definitive Agreement to Sell Everstream Solutions LLC

Choate recently advised M/C Partners and its portfolio company, Everstream Solutions LLC, in its definitive agreement to sell Everstream to AMP Capital. Everstream is a super-regional network service provider bringing fiber-based Ethernet, internet and data center solutions to businesses throughout the upper Midwest.

M/C Partners is currently the lead investor in Everstream, along with certain of its limited partners, including investors advised by the Private Equity Group of J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
