Michael Bunis and Dr. Stephanie Schonewald led the BIO IP Counsels Committee Webinar “Section 112 Enablement: What to Watch Out For” on Wednesday, September 29 at 1:00 pm EST. The webinar reviewed how Section 112 is playing out in district court litigation as well as the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and discussed potential prosecution strategies. The panelists focused on recent enablement-related cases, including Amgen v. Sanofi and the cases that led to that landmark decision.
