Pythian’s Managed Services Division Acquired by Mill Point Capital

Choate represented Pythian, a global IT services company, in the cross-border sale of its managed services division to Mill Point Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused on control-oriented investments in the business services and industrial sectors. The sale will allow Pythian to focus on growing its data and cloud services businesses.
