Sophie Wang to Discuss Helsinn and Other Case Updates at BIO 2019

Sophie Wang will moderate the panel “Don’t Be Barred by the On-Sale Bar: Helsinn and Other Case Updates” at the 2019 BIO International Convention on Tuesday, June 4, in Philadelphia.  The panel will discuss recent cases, including the Supreme Court’s final say regarding the “On-Sale Bar” under the AIA, implications for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and practical strategies for moving forward. Representatives from Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Eisai Co., and J A Kemp will also speak on the panel.
