Choate represented Sverica Capital and its portfolio company in the sale of 7Summits, a leading Salesforce digital solutions consultancy, to IBM. The sale marked the culmination of a successful seven-year partnership with 7Summits, during which time the company nearly quintupled in size on the way to becoming one of the largest independent providers in the Salesforce ecosystem.
