Margaret Ives, partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, will be a panelist at the 2017 PLI Advanced Patent Litigation Program on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 in New York City. On the panel “The Unwritten Rules: Novel and Creative Strategies and Tactics in Patent Litigation,” she and other experienced litigators will discuss their views on the many judgment calls that must be made in patent litigation.
