Birchstreet Systems, Serent Capital Portfolio Company, Receives Investment from Parthenon Capital

Choate represented Birchstreet Systems, a leading provider of procure-to-pay software to the hospitality sector, in its investment from Parthenon Capital. Founded in 2002, BirchStreet’s software platform powers procurement and supplier payments programs for some of the largest and most well-recognized brands in hospitality, with approximately 100,000 users at more than 13,000 customer locations. This investment – in conjunction with existing investor Serent Capital – will further accelerate BirchStreet’s growth as it continues to deliver innovative solutions to its customers within the procure-to-pay software suite.
