Michael J. Stick

Mike Stick brings years of experience in the legal and corporate worlds to his work with private equity clients to help them maximize the value of their transactions. He has experience leading acquisitions, investments, dispositions, and financing transactions both in the U.S. and internationally, and is well versed in corporate governance matters, as well as general risk management. His time as a public company executive officer and family office executive enables him to effectively lead teams, collaborate with others, and offer strategic advice on topics such as structuring and negotiating investments, capital structure matters, and debt facilities.
