Choate recently advised Mainsail Partners in the sale of its portfolio company, nCourt, LLC, to Government Brands, LLC, a portfolio company of Providence Strategic Growth. nCourt is the largest independent provider of payment solutions for courts and government entities and provides payment options for traffic citations, property taxes, utilities and court fines, among other services.
