M/C Partners Invests in Carbon60 Networks

Choate represented M/C Partners in its investment in Carbon60 Networks Inc., a Canadian technology company specializing in delivering end-to-end managed hosting solutions for public and private sector organizations with business-critical workloads. In addition to providing liquidity for selling shareholders, the investment will support the company’s organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Simultaneously, M/C Partners acquired Vancouver, BC-based Gossamer Threads Inc., a managed cloud services company, and is merging its business with Carbon60 to create a leading platform in the Canadian market. The combined company will operate under the name Carbon60 Networks.
