New Heritage Capital Completes Cross-Border Investment in Flying Colours Corp.

Choate recently advised New Heritage Capital in its acquisition of a minority stake in Flying Colours Corp., an Ontario-based provider of private jet refurbishment, completion, and MRO services. The transaction was structured using New Heritage’s Private IPO® solution.

Flying Colours will retain its management and operational independence, and will benefit from increased financial resources at a time of considerable growth.  The deal enables Flying Colours to realize high-value projects which include expanding service lines, infrastructure development, and the building of additional hangars.
