Reliam Consolidates with Stratalux, G2 Technology Group, Bolstering Public Cloud Commitment

Public Cloud Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Great Hill Partners, has closed two add-on acquisitions, expanding on its acquisition of Reliam, LLC in late 2017. Both add-ons stem from Great Hill’s commitment to help Reliam scale via acquisition to build itself into a market leader capable of competing head-to-head with larger MSPs in the attractive and growing public cloud ecosystem.

In April, the company acquired Los Angeles-based AWS consulting and managed services provider Stratalux. The group has now acquired G2 Technology Group, an Advanced AWS Consulting Partner acutely focused on helping businesses automate, optimize, and fully leverage their public cloud infrastructure. Following the transactions, the three companies now form a single business with considerable breadth and depth across AWS technical and strategic proficiencies – as well as a significantly expanded geographical footprint.
