Ritter Insurance Marketing Acquired by Integrity Marketing

Choate represented Century Equity Partners and its portfolio company, Ritter Insurance Marketing, in its acquisition by Integrity Marketing Group, a leading distributor of life and health insurance, and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions. Ritter is a leading independent marketing organization ("IMO") specializing in Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans, based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The acquisition will enable growth by combining Ritter’s deep expertise and robust technology solutions with Integrity’s proprietary resources, best-in-class technology, and state-of-art platform.
