Riverside sells BioAgilytix to Cobepa S.A.

Choate represented BioAgilytix, a portfolio company of Riverside Partners and a provider of molecular bioanalysis services, in its sale to privately-held investment company Cobepa S.A. The acquisition will provide BioAgilytix with increased funding and resources to meet growing demand for its high-quality services, driven by its strong scientific reputation and leading expertise in biologics development.  BioAgilytix is a bioanalytical testing laboratory that specializes in large-molecule bioanalysis. Riverside invested in the company in 2013, and in 2016 completed the add-on acquisition of IPM Biotech, another large-molecule bioanalysis company, in Hamburg, Germany.
