Choate represented Sunstone Partners and its portfolio company, Thirdera, in the sale of Thirdera to Cognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH). Thirdera is an Elite ServiceNow Partner specializing in advisory, implementation and optimization solutions related to the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on emerging enterprise workflow products.

Sunstone Partners created Thirdera in 2021 by merging three companies – Evergreen Systems, Cerna Solutions and Novo/Scale – and later completed three additional follow-on acquisitions after the initial merger, creating the largest independent pure play ServiceNow consultancy with a global presence, with one of the largest aggregations of ServiceNow professional certifications globally.
