Kevin Quigley is a member of the firm’s litigation department. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation – particularly trade secret litigation – as well as a wide range of other complex trial and appellate work.

Practice Focus

Intellectual Property Litigation: complex patent infringement and trade secret litigation within the technology, software and life sciences industries.

Trade Secret Litigation:  representation of public and private companies in all aspects of trade secret protection and litigation—from plaintiffs seeking to protect proprietary information to defendants accused of misappropriation—across a broad range of industries and technologies.

Complex Trial and Appellate Litigation:  representation of individuals and leading corporations in complex commercial litigation.

    • Represented content delivery network in patent litigation regarding multimedia streaming technology.
      • Represented enterprise computing company in lawsuit regarding software development contract with state government.
        • Represented major pharmaceutical company in contract action alleging breach of patent licensing agreement.
          • Represented best-selling author in First Circuit appeal regarding $50M jury verdict for business manager’s breach of fiduciary duty.
            • Represented luxury real estate broker in trade secret action.
              • Represented investment firm in various actions regarding alleged breach of purchase agreement and intellectual property rights.
                • Represented leader in production and supply of reagents for life sciences industry in action against former employees and new competing venture for theft of trade secrets and patent infringement.
