Transformation Capital Leads $25M Investment in SWORD Health

Choate represented Transformation Capital as the lead investor in a $25M Series B financing for SWORD Health, an employer-based digital physical therapy company with a focus on musculoskeletal disorders. SWORD Health plans to use the funds to accelerate growth by enhancing the platform’s capabilities, enter into new partnerships, and increase adoption across employers, health plans and alliance partners.

The round also had participation from existing investors Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund, Green Innovations, Vesalius Biocapital, and Faber.
