Choate represented Ocorian, a portfolio company of Inflexion Private Equity Partners and premier global asset servicer to both asset managers and asset owners, in its acquisition of E78 Fund Solutions from Element 78 Partners LLC. E78 Fund Solutions’ comprehensive suite of outsourced CFO solutions, fund administration, tax and compliance services for alternative fund managers, combined with a strong presence in key US regions, will allow the combined organization to leverage their strengths and resources, providing each firm’s clients with new exceptional and innovative solutions in key markets. E78 Fund Solutions team will combine with Ocorian's existing global fund services business.
