Tanner Jeffrey Kramp represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions.

While in law school, Tanner worked as a student attorney at the Boston College Law Community Enterprise Clinic and as an Appeals Unit intern for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. He also served as a legal research volunteer for the Centre for Civil Society.
