Choate, Hall & Stewart Wins "2016 Telecommunication Services Deal of the Year" Award from The M&A Advisor

Boston, MA, November 17, 2016 – Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP is a recipient of The M&A Advisor's "2016 Telecommunication Services Deal of the Year" award for its representation of M/C Partners in its acquisition of a majority stake in Everstream Solutions, LLC, an Ohio-based provider of fiber-based Ethernet, Internet, and data center solutions. Led by partner Brian Lenihan, the team included partners John Ventola (finance), Tim Becker (tax), Brad Bedingfield (tax) and associates Kate Reynolds, Shaina Wamsley and Rebecca Wilsker, the deal was also selected as a finalist in the "Private Equity Deal of the Year" category.
