Jonathan Danziger

Jonathan Danziger advises hedge funds and investment management clients on all aspects of their business, including the formation and structuring of private investment funds, regulatory and compliance matters, the design of “upper-tier” deals, seeding arrangements, the negotiation of separate managed accounts and shareholder engagement and activist campaigns.

Jonathan previously served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Glenview Capital Management, a New York-based hedge fund, where he oversaw all legal and compliance functions for more than 10 years. This role shaped Jonathan’s understanding of his clients’ goals. His comprehensive knowledge of how funds and investment managers operate enables him to provide practical, actionable counsel that addresses his clients’ needs.
