Antonio Mota serves as Choate’s Chief Financial Officer, where he leads the firm’s financial operations with a strategic focus on performance, innovation, and long-term growth. His responsibilities include overseeing revenue management, reporting and analysis, tax, audit, annual planning, and financial systems. Antonio brings more than 15 years of financial leadership in professional services, having served as CFO at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Ropes & Gray, and Finance Manager at McKinsey & Company. He began his career at Brown Rudnick, rising from Financial Analyst to Finance Manager. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University.
