Jordan Beltz is a Partner in Choate’s Litigation and Investigations group. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in connection with complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts across the country. Jordan has extensive experience handling high-stakes business litigation, including antitrust, class actions, product liability, securities, and structured finance matters.

In addition to his trial court experience, Jordan regularly represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations and mediations. He has advised and represented pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, insurers, investment managers, manufacturers, and emerging growth companies in a broad range of commercial disputes, regulatory matters, and business controversies. Jordan represents clients on complex litigation and other high-stakes commercial matters across a variety of industries.
