Brian G. Frazier

Brian Frazier is the Tax Director at Choate Wealth, where he provides tax preparation and planning services to high net worth individuals. Additionally, his responsibilities include the preparation of income tax returns for a wide range of entities including revocable and irrevocable trusts, investment management accounts and charitable foundations.

Prior to joining Choate Wealth, Brian was a Senior Tax Accountant with Cowan Bolduc Doherty, LLC, then Friedman, Suvalle and Salomon, PC. At those firms, he worked with clients and advisors to provide tax services, including the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, foundation and trust income tax returns.

Brian graduated from Merrimack College with a BS in Business and a concentration in Accounting. As an Enrolled Agent, he specializes in taxation and has unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. He has successfully passed the CPA exam, and is in the process of obtaining his license. Brian is currently enrolled in the Carroll School of Management’s Masters in Finance program at Boston College.
