Choate represented Second Avenue Capital as it provided a revolving line of credit to A’GACI, a women’s lifestyle brand and fast fashion retailer that operates over 70 stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The funds are to be used as exit financing as the company emerges from Chapter 11 bankruptcy under its recently confirmed Plan of Reorganization.
