Brooke Lang represents domestic and international private investment funds through all stages, including the formation, structuring and ongoing management of private investment funds. She advises sponsor and advisers on a wide range of structures across asset classes, with experience including hedge funds, fund-of-funds, credit funds, real estate ventures, real estate investment trusts, co-investment vehicles, special purpose vehicles, technology funds, debt funds, venture and early-growth funds, single investor structures and separately managed accounts. She advises fund sponsors on alternative liquidity solutions, management company and general partner matters and restructuring of existing funds. In addition, Brooke has experience with regulatory compliance and governance matters.
