Camil Miki Zaganjor primarily represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as public companies, investment funds, and lenders in a diverse range of financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, incremental facilities, and other finance transactions. During law school, Camil was a student attorney for the transactional clinic at Suffolk University Law School. He also served as a corporate and regulatory law clerk for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and as a legal intern for the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, he was a corporate and securities paralegal for a firm in Boston.
