Daniel Furey is an Associate in Choate’s Litigation and Investigations group. He represents clients in connection with complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts across the country. Daniel’s practice focuses on high-stakes business litigation, including securities, financial services, and market manipulation matters.

Daniel has experience representing public companies and other clients in complex controversies involving allegations of securities fraud, market manipulation, and other business disputes. He has worked on matters arising under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and related state law claims, including litigation involving public company stock trading, collateralized securities transactions, and other financial services disputes.
