Michael Sands represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions. Before joining Choate, Michael was a judicial law clerk for the Massachusetts Appeals Court. During law school, he was a research assistant to Professor Theodore Sims at Boston University School of Law. Prior to law school, he was Corporate Vice President for The CCS Companies, a business process outsourcing firm.
