Seth Moskowitz is a Partner in Choate’s Litigation and Investigations group. He represents clients in connection with complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts across the country. Seth has extensive experience handling class action litigation, as well as antitrust, breach of contract, consumer protection, fiduciary duty, and other business disputes. Seth has served as national counsel to several clients in different industries which were faced with large scale litigation across multiple courts. Seth regularly represents clients in statewide, nationwide, and foreign class actions and has successfully defended companies across a wide range of industries. He also has substantial appellate experience, having handled numerous appeals in federal and state courts nationwide. Recognition The Legal 500 (2026) Representative Engagements Represented Teva Pharmaceuticals and Actavis in multidistrict antitrust litigation alleging price-fixing of generic drugs. Represented Celanese in mass product liability, consumer protection, and class action litigation arising from allegedly defective plumbing systems. Represented MBIA in successfully defending its corporate restructuring against challenges brought by major financial institutions. Represented a lender in a dispute with The Royal Bank of Scotland relating to the sale of Liverpool Football Club. Represented a national real estate developer in obtaining summary judgment in a dispute arising from a failed $20 million property acquisition. Represented a large polymer company in a contract dispute seeking up to $400 million in damages, resulting in summary judgment affirmed on appeal.
