Marc R. Leduc

Marc Leduc brings more than two decades of experience advising commercial banks and private credit lenders in a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions. His practice focuses on asset-based lending, syndicated debt facilities, acquisition financings, and debtor-in-possession and bankruptcy exit financings. Marc regularly represents agents and arrangers in complex secured and unsecured lending transactions across industries including manufacturing, retail, transportation, financial services, and emerging technologies.

Marc also has extensive experience advising clients in debt workouts and restructurings, both in and out of court, and has worked with companies and lenders transacting business across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Australia. He counsels clients seeking strategic guidance on multinational credit facilities and special situation transactions.
