Anna Fucillo represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions. During law school, Anna served as a staff writer and subsequently as Executive Editor on the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. She was also a law clerk for the New England Legal Foundation, as well as a legal intern for Ocean Spray Cranberries. Prior to law school, Anna worked as a paralegal at a law firm in Boston.
