Ben DuBois is a member of Choate’s Intellectual Property Litigation group. He represents a broad range of clients in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters, including patent infringement, trade secret, and contract disputes. During law school, Ben was a judicial intern for Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He was also a legal intern in the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, and a patent law research assistant to Professor Dmitry Karshtedt.
