Nicholas Venora represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions. While in law school, Nicholas was a student advocate at the BU/MIT Startup Law Clinic, where he provided counsel to MIT student entrepreneurs on a wide range of legal issues related to early-stage ventures, and served as a research assistant to Professor Cecily Banks. Prior to law school, he worked for a financial data and software company, as well as a multinational investment bank.
