Benjamin A. DuBois
Ben DuBois is a member of Choate’s Intellectual Property Litigation group. He represents a broad range of clients in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters, including patent infringement, trade secret, and contract disputes.
During law school, Ben was a judicial intern for Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He was also a legal intern in the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, and a patent law research assistant to Professor Dmitry Karshtedt.

- Counsel for multinational biotechnology company in biosimilar patent litigation under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).
- Represent biotechnology company in federal court trade secret litigation related to mental health therapies.
- Successfully opposed motion for preliminary injunction and appeal; obtained dismissal of breach of contract action for commercial real estate firm.
- Trial counsel for global software company in state court trade secret litigation.
- Represented individual in connection with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation related to former employer.
